PostSubject: Last Few Weeks   Sat Aug 08, 2009 6:44 am

Hi all, really glad to say the forum is staying, it doesnt take much upkeep and is still a vital link to our mates around the world.

In the past few weeks the studio has been worked to death, as most of you know David Francis flew in from NY to start recording his new album with me, after 7 days we have a few guide tracks and two tracks in pre production stage, both David and i are over the moon with the results, David will be flying back over in the coming months for more recording. The album will be released next year.

Also Moll and myself have just finished the very 1st Chestnuts TV and also show two of Chestnuts Radio we have finally been given the green light by WSCC bounce so now we can make inroads to providing a different form of entertainment for Day Care.

Over the next few days i will be updating the website, our next show will feature a quick interview with David Francis followed by an In Depth SPECIAL including an interview via skype with Joe Pop, can we just wish Joe all best wishes as he has just set up a new business repairing anything that uses a current, so if yer old messa boogie is dead Joes the man ! Links will be on the website.

The new studio still needs finishing touches, but we just aint had time, latest additions are new m audio studio monitors, a box of various condensor mikes bought from a car boot for a fiver, a patch bay, another Behringer B1 mike and we have finally retired our old music pc in favour of two laptops running samplitude.

Moll is working on her photography and very soon we hope to be putting on an exhibition of her work.

i thought we were supposed to be easing back ????

Love to all

M & J x

Sit back? Nah, you guys are like sharks; you need to keep moving.

Obviously, without quite so many teeth.
