Haloween must have been one of the busiest days ever in the history of Monocheome Museum.
David & myself started recording some bass lines at around 8.30, then at midday we had to rush down the lamb set the P.A up, sound check completed for Kerry & David, Moll & myself had to then dash over to Pulbourough to do a family kids disco, two hours of screaming kids being sick falling over ( and that was only at the sight of me ) seriously though, although we were dreading the disco it all went really well and the kids were well behaved and had a good time.
Disco over Moll and myself had 30 minutes deadline to break down the equipment and rush back over to the Lamb some 25 minutes away.
Moll dropped me off so i could re check the equipment while she went to get changed, Moll then picked me up so i could get changed then it was back to the Lamb.
First on was Kerry & her brother Simon, the sound was good & the limited nimber of people enjoyed what they heard.
David came on to a very small audience, so we decided it just wasent worth it and cut his set well short.
Then it was break the equipment down and get home, which we finally did at 1.30...
Will put up a post soon on my thoughts about the lack of local support...
John
